Locas Biju may update these conditions to reflect legal, commercial, or operational changes. The version applicable to each order is the one in effect at the time of its completion.
3. Products
Photographs and descriptions aim to represent the products accurately. There may be slight color differences due to the screen used and natural variations in materials such as pearls and stones.
Essential characteristics, materials, dimensions, options, and prices are presented on each product page. The customer must confirm the selected options before completing the purchase.
Conservation and cleaning instructions presented in the product description are part of the usage information. Durability may vary depending on the material, finish, plating, stones, or pearls of each item.
4. Prices
Prices are presented in euros and include VAT at the applicable legal rate, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed.
Locas Biju may change prices and campaigns at any time. The change does not affect already confirmed orders, except in the case of a manifest price or information error, in which case the customer will be contacted to confirm or cancel the order.
5. Orders
It is not mandatory to create an account to make a purchase. The customer is responsible for providing complete and correct details for billing, payment, and delivery.
After completing the purchase, the customer receives a confirmation via the provided email. The automatic order confirmation does not override payment verification, stock checks, or potential manifest errors.
6. Payments
Available methods are presented at checkout. The order is processed after payment confirmation by the respective provider.
If the payment is not completed or confirmed within the indicated timeframe, the order may be cancelled and the stock released.
7. Stock
Products are subject to stock availability. If, due to an exceptional error, a purchased item is not available, the customer will be informed and may choose between an alternative item or a refund of the amount paid for the unavailable item.
8. Delivery and collection
Deadlines, costs, and delivery conditions are described on the Shipping Information page and are presented at checkout before purchase confirmation.
9. Right of withdrawal, exchanges, and refunds
The consumer has the right of free withdrawal under the legally applicable terms and deadlines. Conditions, procedures, costs, and exceptions are described in the Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy.
Customized, engraved, made-to-measure, or items produced according to specifications chosen by the customer cannot be exchanged or returned due to change of mind. This exclusion does not apply in cases of defects, customization errors attributable to Locas Biju, or other legally protected lack of conformity.
10. Legal warranty and complaints
Products benefit from the applicable legal warranty of conformity. In the event of a defect or lack of conformity, the customer should contact geral@locasbiju.pt, stating the order number and describing the problem.
11. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions are valid during the announced period and within available stock. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes are not cumulative or convertible into cash. Commercial campaigns do not limit the consumer's legal rights.
12. Intellectual property
The site's contents, including texts, photographs, logos, graphics, and design elements, are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and may not be used or reproduced for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
