Shipping Fees and Delivery Time
The products purchased by the customer will be sent via CTT via blue mail, registered mail or express CTT, depending on the option the customer chooses at check-out.
Shipping costs are borne by the website itself and its owner only for orders from €30 and deliveries in Portugal. From time to time we will make offers for shipping costs that we will indicate in promotional campaigns or on the website itself.
Orders are normally shipped daily. If the customer purchases a product that has the status "Pending" on the website, it means that it will still be produced, and shipping may take longer than expected.
We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs for Mainland Portugal and Islands:
Blue mail (€1.50) - Deliveries in 2/3 working days for mainland Portugal and 7 working days for islands
Simple registered mail in an envelope (2.95€) – Deliveries in 2/3 working days for the Mainland and 7 working days for the Islands
Registered mail delivered by hand in a Kraft box (3.95€) – Deliveries in 2/3 working days for the Mainland and 7 working days for the Islands
Delivery times may be extended due to COVID-19 or festive seasons.
Products sent to other countries have an additional shipping cost that varies depending on the delivery country. The values can be consulted by choosing the country of delivery, at the end of your purchase.
Note: Locas Biju is not responsible for lost orders sent by means other than registered mail.
Delay of Orders
Orders are shipped via CTT. Locas Biju is not responsible if orders take longer than expected. In the event of any delay, the customer must wait 30 days to file a complaint with the CTT counter, as the order may still be delivered (even if delayed) within this period. Priority mail orders do not have a tracking number, so if the order takes some time it will never be possible to detect its whereabouts. In these cases, if the order is confirmed to have been lost after 30 days, Locas Biju is not obliged to refund or resend the products.
If the order is lost in registered mail, a claim must be made to the carrier and the customer will only be reimbursed for the amount paid or a new shipment will be made after the carrier responds to the whereabouts of the order.
If the order is returned to the sender (Locas Biju) due to lack of information on the address, the shipping costs for reshipping the order are borne by the customer.
In the case of exchanges, Locas Biju offers the shipping costs in priority mail for the reshipment of the new piece to be exchanged.
DID I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order shipped by registered mail. Tracking will be available once your product ships.
When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, you can contact us.
I SENT AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you incorrectly or automatically filled in your address incorrectly, simply reply to the order confirmation email and provide the correct information. Notify us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org . If the shipping details are incorrect, we can correct this if asked within 12 hours.
