We do not make returns.
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your product to request an exchange.
Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. The purchase must have been made online and proof of purchase must be presented.
To initiate an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting it will not be accepted.

In the event of a defect, Locas Biju undertakes to replace the defective product with an identical one, provided it is available in stock. In the event that it cannot be replaced, its value will be refunded or the customer will be given the option of choosing another product with the same characteristics.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products for hygiene reasons cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not accept returns on custom parts or custom-made items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges for promotional items or gift cards.
