Locas Biju may update these conditions to reflect legal, commercial, or operational changes. The version applicable to each order is the one in force at the time of its completion.
3. Products
The photographs and descriptions aim to represent the products accurately. There may be minor color differences due to the screen used and natural variations in materials such as pearls and stones.
Essential features, materials, dimensions, options, and price are presented on each product page. The customer must confirm the selected options before completing the purchase.
Care and cleaning instructions provided in the product description are part of the usage information. Durability may vary depending on the material, finish, plating, stones, or pearls of each item.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable legal rate, unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are shown separately before order confirmation.
Locas Biju may change prices and promotions at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed, except in the event of a manifest error in price or information, in which case the customer will be contacted to confirm or cancel the order.
5. Orders
It is not mandatory to create an account to purchase. The customer is responsible for providing complete and correct data for invoicing, payment, and delivery.
After completing the purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation at the indicated email address. The automatic order confirmation does not override the verification of payment, stock, or any manifest errors.
6. Payments
Available methods are shown at checkout. The order is processed after payment confirmation by the respective provider.
If the payment is not completed or confirmed within the indicated timeframe, the order may be cancelled and the stock released.
7. Stock
Products are subject to stock availability. If, due to an exceptional error, a purchased item is unavailable, the customer will be informed and may choose between an alternative item or a refund of the amount paid for the unavailable item.
8. Delivery and collection
The deadlines, costs, and conditions for delivery are described on the Shipping Information page and are presented at checkout before purchase confirmation.
9. Right of withdrawal, exchanges, and refunds
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract under the terms and timeframes legally applicable. The conditions, procedure, costs, and exceptions are described in the Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds Policy.
Customized, engraved, made-to-measure, or items produced according to specifications chosen by the customer cannot be exchanged or returned due to change of mind. This exclusion does not apply in cases of defects, errors in personalization attributable to Locas Biju, or other legally protected lack of conformity.
10. Legal warranty and complaints
Products benefit from the applicable legal warranty of conformity. In case of defect or lack of conformity, the customer must contact geral@locasbiju.pt, indicating the order number and describing the problem.
11. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions are valid during the advertised period and while stocks last. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes are not cumulative or convertible into cash. Commercial campaigns do not limit the consumer's legal rights.
12. Intellectual property
The site's contents, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and design elements, are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and may not be used or reproduced for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
13. Personal data
